近日查有不法之徒，擅自冒用「梅森資本股份有限公司」（下稱「本公司」）之名義、統一編號及公司登記地址等營業資訊，偽造本公司名片，並對外發布虛假之投資報告。更甚者，有不肖人士透過網路媒體等管道，惡意散布本公司對外兜售臺灣未上市股票之不實言論。此等行徑已嚴重侵害本公司之商譽，並涉嫌觸犯刑法詐欺、偽造文書及加重誹謗等罪嫌。
It has recently come to the attention of Mason Capital (the “Company”) that certain unauthorized individuals have misappropriated the Company’s name, uniform invoice number, registered office address, and other corporate information to forge business cards and issue fabricated investment reports. Furthermore, bad-faith actors have utilized online media channels to maliciously disseminate false statements alleging that the Company is engaged in the solicitation and sale of unlisted Taiwanese securities. Such unlawful conduct constitutes a severe infringement of the Company’s commercial reputation and gives rise to criminal liabilities, including but not limited to fraud, forgery, and aggravated defamation under the applicable penal code.
為保障社會大眾之權益，以正視聽，本公司特此鄭重聲明如下：
In order to safeguard the rights of the public and clarify the facts, the Company hereby solemnly issues the following declaration:

本公司從未招攬投資或兜售未上市股票
The Company has never solicited investments or brokered unlisted securities.
本公司從未向外界提供任何特定之投資建議，亦未曾透過任何實體、網路媒體或通訊軟體管道招攬投資，更無所謂「兜售臺灣未上市股票」之情事。前揭所有散布不實資訊、偽造名片及招募投資之行為，均屬不法份子之詐騙伎倆，概與本公司無涉。
The Company has never provided specific investment advisory services to the general public, nor has it solicited investments through any physical venues, online media, or communication platforms. The Company is in no way involved in the “sale of unlisted Taiwanese securities.” All aforementioned acts of disseminating false information, forging credentials, and soliciting investments are fraudulent schemes perpetrated by illicit actors and are entirely unaffiliated with the Company.

呼籲大眾提高警覺，慎防詐騙

本公司懇切提醒社會大眾及投資人：
The Company earnestly advises investors and the general public of the following:

切勿輕信網路媒體、社群平台或不明來源之投資訊息。Do not rely upon investment information originating from online media, social networks, or unverified sources.

任何投資理財皆應透過合法金融管道進行，並審慎評估相關風險。All financial and investment activities should be conducted exclusively through legally authorized channels, subject to a prudent assessment of associated risks.

若接獲冒用本公司名義之可疑電話、簡訊或網路訊息，請立即撥打內政部警政署「165」反詐騙專線查證，或逕向警察機關報案，以免受騙上當。Should you receive any suspicious calls, text messages, or online communications falsely claiming affiliation with the Company, please immediately contact the National Police Agency’s “165” Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification or file a formal report with law enforcement authorities to prevent financial loss.

已正式提出告訴，絕不寬貸
Formal legal proceedings have been initiated; no leniency shall be granted.
針對上述於網路媒體惡意散布不實言論之不肖人士及網路媒體，本公司已向檢警機關提出告訴，以追究其涉犯之刑事責任及民事損害賠償，絕不寬貸。本公司在此嚴正警告有心人士切勿以身試法，並敬請各界明察，共同打擊不法。
In response to the unauthorized individuals and online media platforms engaged in the malicious dissemination of defamatory falsehoods as stated above, the Company has formally instituted criminal proceedings with the prosecutorial and police authorities. The Company will relentlessly pursue all applicable criminal liabilities and civil damages without leniency. We hereby issue a stern warning to all malicious actors to immediately cease and desist from such unlawful activities, and respectfully request the public’s cooperation in combating these fraudulent schemes.
